Compliance and security

What we actually do to protect leads and clients.

Here's what the platform does today. We only list what is built and running.

  • Do Not Call list

Managers can add a lead’s phone or email to the DNC list, and opt-out requests from our web opt-out form are added automatically. The dialer blocks calls to leads on the list.
  • Audit log

Managers can see each lead’s consent record, every time a Social Security number was revealed and by whom, and every lead deletion.
  • Role-based access

Agents and managers have different permissions. Consent records, tracking data and the audit log are visible to managers only.
  • Consent records

For web leads we keep the consent wording, time, IP address and browser, plus TrustedForm or Jornaya certificates when provided. Deleting a lead keeps its consent proof in the deletion log.
  • Data handling

Social Security numbers are encrypted at rest and never shown unless a manager reveals one, which is logged. The site runs over HTTPS.

Buyer responsibilities

  • Hold the insurance licenses and appointments required in each consumer's state.
  • Follow the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry, state telemarketing rules, CMS marketing rules for Medicare, and state insurance regulations.
  • Contact consumers only within the consent they gave, and honor opt-outs promptly.
