What you get, and the terms that come with it.
- Exclusive or shared
- Each package says whether its leads are exclusive (sold to one buyer for a stated period) or shared (may be sold to more than one buyer).
- Returns, replacements and final sale
- All sales are final. Lead purchases are non-refundable, including leads that can't be reached or don't buy.
- Your responsibilities
- Buyers must hold the required licenses and follow TCPA, Do Not Call and all other contact and insurance rules. License verification and buyer terms are required before your first purchase.
Important disclosures
- Marketplace and software platform. Trusted Enrollment is a lead marketplace and a CRM. We are not an insurance company.
- All sales are final. Lead purchases are non-refundable, including leads that can't be reached or don't buy.
- Shared and re-used leads. Depending on the package, leads may be sold to more than one buyer or may have been contacted before.
- Your compliance. Buyers must hold the required licenses and follow TCPA, Do Not Call, and all other contact and insurance rules.
