About Trusted Enrollment
Trusted Enrollment operates two services: (1) a marketplace where licensed insurance agents and agencies can buy insurance leads, and (2) a customer relationship management (CRM) platform used to enroll individuals and families in different types of insurance coverage.
Trusted Enrollment is not an insurance company. It does not underwrite or issue insurance policies, and it does not guarantee that any consumer will qualify for, or be approved for, any insurance product.
Lead purchasing availability
Lead purchasing is not yet available. Lead categories shown on this site describe the types of leads we expect to offer. They are not an offer to sell, and available inventory, packages, and pricing may differ when purchasing opens.
All sales are final
All lead purchases are final and non-refundable. Leads will not be refunded, credited, or exchanged for any reason, including a consumer who cannot be reached, is no longer interested, does not qualify, or does not buy a policy.
Pricing, quantities, and delivery terms for each package will be shown before you complete a purchase.
Shared and re-used leads
Depending on the lead package you choose, leads may be non-exclusive. A non-exclusive lead may be sold to more than one buyer, and may have been sold to or contacted by other buyers before you receive it. Leads described as exclusive are sold to one buyer only for the period stated in the package.
Each package will state whether its leads are exclusive or shared, and how old they may be, before you buy.
No guarantee of results
Leads are based on information consumers submit about themselves. Trusted Enrollment does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of that information, that a consumer can be reached, or any contact, appointment, enrollment, or sales rate.
Your responsibilities as a buyer
You are responsible for holding the insurance licenses and appointments required in each consumer’s state, and for any marketplace certification required for the products you sell.
You are responsible for complying with every law and rule that applies to how you contact and sell to consumers, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry, state telemarketing and do-not-call laws, CMS marketing rules for Medicare products, and state insurance regulations.
You must contact consumers only within the scope of the consent they gave, and honor every opt-out or do-not-contact request promptly.
Consumer consent
Leads come from consumers who submitted a request for insurance information. Where available, a record of the consumer’s consent, including the date, time, and wording they agreed to, is kept with the lead.
